• With all packaging, tags, and invoice intact

2. Enter your Order ID (e.g., #AU1001 ) and registered contact number.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Provide:
• Reason for return
• At least 2 images of the product
• Pickup address and preferred date
